Cancellation Policy
Salon & spa services you select are
reserved especially for you. In fairness
to our guest & staff, there are no
cancellations. There are no
cancellations for multiple services and
or packages. Credit card holds are
required for our services. Fifty percent
of the value of the scheduled services
will be charged for all un-cancelled
appointments Services that begin late
will finish on time so that the next
guest is not delayed. We may not be able
to extend reserved services for late
arrivals.
